Discovery Heights is a 350-acre wooded wonderland near the mouth of the Columbia River at the southern tip of the Washington coast. The topography of ridge tops and ravines create ideal sites for exquisite clustered neighborhoods.

The area is a blending of the coast's finest treasures with miles of ocean beach, forestland, wetlands and lakes. Wildlife is abundant on the property including migrating waterfowl, eagle, elk, deer, beaver, bear, frogs, and many other species.

Adjacent land includes 1,900 acres owned by the National Park Service, Washington State Parks and the U.S. Coast Guard.  This expansive tract (known as Lewis & Clark National Park and Cape Disappointment State Park) consists of protected old growth spruce timberlands, wildlife habitat, campgrounds, hiking trails, two lighthouses, the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center and Waikiki beach.
